Refund & Exchange Policy

At ODDNY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined the following policy:

• Size Exchanges: We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. We offer size exchanges for non-customised products at a minimal fee of ₹100 to cover logistics.


• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.


• No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products once an order is placed and delivered. All sales are final.


• Customised Orders: Products that have been customised as per customer specifications are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.


• Order Modifications: Modifications to product size or delivery address can be made within 1 business day of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be accommodated.

Incase of damaged/wrong product received

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for a replacement. The video must start from unsealing the package and clearly show the defect or issue. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced only if the defect is visible in the video and the issue is reported immediately.
