Refund & Exchange Policy

At ODDNY, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have outlined the following policy:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Return & Exchange: You can place a return or size exchange request within 7 days of delivery for all non-customised products. Once the product is picked up, received by us, and passes our quality check, we will issue store credit after deducting ₹100 logistics fee.

    This store credit can then be used to place a new order for any item of your choice.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact.

  • Partial COD Orders: In case of non-acceptance of a partial COD order, the partially paid amount will be non-refundable.

  • Customised Orders: Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

  • Order Changes: You can modify your product size or delivery address within 1 business day of placing the order.

Incase of damaged/wrong product received

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for a replacement. The video must start from unsealing the package and clearly show the defect or issue. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced only if the defect is visible in the video and the issue is reported immediately.
